Shipping Across Canada

We ship skateboard decks, complete boards, trucks, hats and parts to every province and territory in Canada. Shipping is free when your order subtotal is $50 or more before tax. Orders under $50 have a $9.95 shipping fee. We ship Monday through Friday. It normally takes us 24 to 48 hours to process your order and delivery times are 2 to 3 working days depending on your shipping region.

For the protection of our customers, any order requires a signature upon receipt of the package. If you are absent when the carrier delivers your order to your door, a note will be hung and your package will be collectable at the nearest post office. For delivery to remote areas, Toronto Skateboard reserves the right to charge additional delivery costs, or to change carrier.

When you make a purchase on our online site, you will receive an order confirmation and your invoice by email. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email from the Carrier confirming the shipment.

Damage due to shipping

Rarely our products suffer damage due to shipping, but in this case, do not hesitate to report it to us by following the steps below:

Please note the damage noted on the delivery slip before signing the receipt.
Keep the packaging as you received it.
Contact us ASAP, without forgetting to specify the Web order number and a description of the products in your order.

Toronto Skateboard is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, insufficiently postage, illegible or damaged envelopes or packages.

Any unclaimed or refused package will be subject to restocking fees.

Payment methods

Checkout accepts Interac e-Transfer only. After you place the order you will see your invoice right away, with copy buttons for the amount, our email, and your order number. Send the total to emt@torontoskateboard.com. Auto-deposit is on, so there is no security question. Put the order number in the e-Transfer message so we can match the payment. Your order ships once the transfer lands. If the e-Transfer does not arrive within 48 hours, we cancel the order and put the items back in stock. We email a reminder at 24 hours and a last reminder at 40 hours.

Sales tax

Prices are shown before tax. Canadian sales tax is added at checkout based on your shipping province — for example 13% HST in Ontario. The exact amount is shown in the order summary before you pay.
